A: We mainly sell FIRST QUALITY MERCHANDISE. If it is not marked as a Second or Scratch and Dent then we guarantee it is 100% brand new and under Manufacturers Warranty!
Q: Where do you get the merchandise you sell?
A: We source from a variety of places but mainly from major manufacturers from all over the country. They often find themselves with overstocks and discontinued items. We work with them to help alleviate them of the excess inventory and offer the same merchandise you would find at Home Depot or Lowes to you at 40% to 60% off retail.
Q: How often do you receive merchandise?
A: It varies but it seems every week we are getting something new or more of our current great deals. Stop in routinely to get a feel for what we are receiving.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our Policy is "All Sales Final" But we do stand behind our product. If there is a manufacturers defect or unidentified damage we will exchange your item for a new one with in 14 days of your initial purchase. If we can not replace the item we will issue you a store credit valid for 90 Days. We do not issue cash refunds.
Q: Do you take checks or credit cards?
A: Yes we will accept all checks approved by our Telecheck check approval system. We also take all major credit and Debit cards.
